Overview
Our client is a growing organization seeking a Sales Executive to support its commercial expansion and strengthen customer relationships. The company is committed to delivering high-quality products and services while building long-term partnerships with its clients across the region.
RoleThe Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing new client relationships, and achieving individual sales targets. The role requires a motivated professional with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate qualified sales leads through proactive prospecting.
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
- Prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts within approved commercial guidelines.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records using CRM systems.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of sales experience.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms is preferred.
- Valid driving license may be required depending on the role.
- Fluency in English is required;
Arabic is considered an advantage.
