The Sales Specialist is a full-time
, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales to achieve targets. Daily tasks involve identifying customer needs, promoting products, offering recommendations, managing sales processes, and contributing to customer satisfaction. The role may also involve supporting team members through sales trainings and assisting with operational duties as needed.

• Effective communication and strong customer service skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs
• Solid sales experience with the ability to promote products, meet or exceed sales targets, and build positive customer relationships
• Sales management and training skills to guide and support team members in achieving sales objectives
• Proactive problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to work on‑site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Prior experience in the coffee or hospitality industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
