Job Description SummaryThe Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and represents Twaasol as a trusted technology partner, delivering solutions that meet customer business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Own the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer meetings, solution scoping, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
- Understand customer requirements and align them with Twaasol’s technology solutions, including Cisco Collaboration, Networking, Security, and Managed Services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with pre‑sales, implementation, procurement, and finance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and forecasts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent account management.
- Strong alignment with Twaasol’s core values:
Honesty, Accountability, Initiative, Excellence, and Respect. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–4 years of B2B sales experience in IT, System Integration, Networking, Cybersecurity, or a related technology industry.
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle and customer accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email, and CRM systems.
- Highly organized, proactive, self‑motivated, and eager to learn.
- Experience with Cisco solutions or working for a System Integrator (SI) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure and technology solutions is a plus.
