• Newly appointed / junior distributor sales supervisors
• Limited formal sales training background
• Responsible for selling and supervising salesmen/team

By the end of the day, participants will be able to:

• Role‑plays with coaching feedback
• Repetition and confidence building

• Avoid theory or sales jargon
• Correct behavior gently and positively
• Focus on confidence building
