We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive/Sales Manager with proven experience in Loyalty and rewards program to drive revenue growth for a leading advertising portal
. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing advertiser accounts, and selling Deals & Reward Programs businesses.
- Prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by consistently generating leads and qualifying prospects
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points to offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to win new business.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
- Develop sales plans, forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with the sales team and management
- Monitor sales performance against targets, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including activity reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales team and process
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Identify opportunities for product or service enhancements based on customer feedback and market demands.
- Provide feedback and market insights to internal stakeholders to support business decision-making
A minimum of 2 years experience in sales within advertising portal, media, classifieds platform, Deals, reward programs or digital advertising environment in KSA market.
- Strong understanding of advertising packages, and digital marketing solutions.
- Experience using CRM systems for lead management, sales tracking, and reporting is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building capabilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven role
