Job Description
With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team is able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.
About the roleThe National Sales Manager – Medication Management Solutions (MMS) will lead the overall commercial strategy, sales performance, and market share growth of BD’s MMS portfolio across Saudi Arabia.
As the country leader for the MMS business, this individual will be responsible for the national sales organization, drive sustainable revenue growth, strengthen strategic customer partnerships, and ensure the successful execution of business objectives across all regions of the Kingdom.
This role requires a commercially driven and inspirational leader who can develop high‑performing teams, spot new growth opportunities, create strong relationships with important healthcare customers, and help BD maintain its trusted partner status in medication management.

Riyadh
- Lead the overall MMS commercial business across Saudi Arabia with full accountability for achieving sales, market share, and profitability objectives.
- Develop and implement national sales strategies and business plans to drive sustainable growth across the Kingdom.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives, fostering a high‑performance culture focused on customer success and business results.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), major healthcare groups, government entities, procurement organizations, and other influential stakeholders.
- Drive business expansion by identifying market trends, customer needs, competitive insights, and emerging growth opportunities.
- Lead all aspects of national sales forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and resource allocation to improve business performance.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Clinical, Commercial Excellence, and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives, customer engagement, and product launches.
- Champion BD’s values while ensuring compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, talent development initiatives, succession planning, and coaching programs to build organizational capability.
- Provide regular business reviews, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of dynamic commercial experience within the medical device, healthcare technology, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience leading multi‑regional or national sales teams.
- Shown success leading a sales organization and delivering consistent revenue growth at a national level.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare ecosystem, including key accounts, government sectors, tender processes, and procurement pathways.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, influence partners, and drive organizational performance.
- Experience in Medication Management Solutions, Infusion Systems, Medication Delivery, Infusion Pumps, or related healthcare technologies is highly preferred.
- High proficiency in organizing plans, business insight, and evaluating data.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and commercial performance management tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia.
