SR. Business Development Manager

Position Overview

The Sr .Business Development Manager is responsible for marketing the companys products and services in an engaging, effective, and cost-efficient way that generates profitable sales while promoting the long-term success of the brand. He or she will agree on monthly and annual targets and will discuss progress informally at regular intervals with formal reviews.

• Promoting and selling Marcom Solutions and Services (Events Management, Stands Design, Production, Brand Activations, Artwork & Digital Marketing)
• Handle the full sales cycle from finding the right prospects to closing the deals
• Grow revenue and volume with new and existing customers/partners
• Build and maintain relationships with the new and existing customers/partners
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business by bringing new clients
• Work with Regional Manager to prepare proposal plans that meet the objectives of the proposal requirements and timeline
• Support the end-to-end proposal/RFP/presentation response process to ensure all expectations, actions, and timelines are understood and delivered
• Leverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams to efficiently navigate complex sales cycles

• Minimum 5 years work experience in an Events Management / Marketing / Communications Agency
• Wide experience and knowledge in pricing and building proposals for Events, Stands Production and Activations
• Bachelor s Degree is required
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Willing to travel as per the business needs
