Business Development Manager (Cybersecurity)

Paramount Computer Systems – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Full‑time, on‑site position focused on growing our cybersecurity business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role works closely with the Data Management Head to set and hit sales targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cybersecurity sector.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the KSA market.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients.
• Monitor industry developments and emerging threats to position the company as a thought leader in cybersecurity.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.
• Travel as required to major cities across KSA.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and building client relationships.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the KSA market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a results‑driven team.
• Proficient in Arabic is an advantage;
  Arabic language skills are desirable.
