Role Overview
We are hiring a high-impact Solution Sales Executive based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to drive growth in Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI-led transformation programmes across large enterprise and public-sector accounts.
This role is not traditional IT sales. You will sell business outcomes powered by Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, AI Foundry and digital workforce solutions
, positioning AI as a core operating model for enterprise customers — not a feature.
You will bridge pre-sales, customer strategy and platform fit
, designing how each customer adopts AI and turning interest into committed transformation programmes.
Success in this role depends on deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, strong executive relationships in KSA, and the ability to drive large, strategic deals end-to-end — partnering with our Account Executives, Solution Sales Architects and Microsoft field teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Enterprise Sales & Account Growth
- Own and drive net-new and expansion revenue across large enterprise and public-sector accounts in Saudi Arabia
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities in M365, Copilot, AI, Azure AI Foundry and digital transformation
- Lead full sales cycles from strategic discovery to value positioning to commercial close, with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene
2. AI & M365 Value Selling
- Position Microsoft E3/E5, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, Purview, Azure AI Foundry and AI agents as business transformation enablers
- Translate customer challenges into measurable outcomes (productivity, automation, ROI) — selling transformation, not licences
- Design customer-specific AI operating models, scope rapid Frame sprints, and bring a credible sector point-of-view to each pursuit
- Drive executive-level conversations around AI strategy, operating models, and adoption at scale
3. Relationship & Ecosystem Building
- Build and maintain C-level relationships across enterprise and government sectors in KSA
- Leverage and grow a strong network within Microsoft, partners, and key accounts
- Collaborate closely with Microsoft field teams on co-sell motions and funding programmes (ECIF / MCI)
4. Market Penetration in Saudi Arabia
- Act as a frontline representative in KSA, building trust in a relationship-driven market
- Navigate local business culture where network and credibility are critical for access and deal velocity
- Identify strategic industries (public sector, FSI/banking, healthcare, aviation, energy) and drive penetration
5. Internal Collaboration & Clean Handover
- Work cross-functionally with AI strategy, delivery, and solution teams — partnering with Solution Sales Architects on technical pre-sales and Account Executives on account strategy
- Ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery to long-term customer value, clarifying scope, expectations and success criteria so engagements start de-risked
- Contribute to account planning and pipeline management with strong CRM discipline
Must-Have (non-negotiable)
- 5+ years enterprise technology sales, ideally in or around the Microsoft ecosystem
- An established network in Saudi Arabia — spanning enterprise and government customers and the Microsoft ecosystem
- Proven ability to sell to and close with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers
- Track record of closing enterprise deals in KSA or comparable GCC markets
- Fluency positioning Microsoft 365 (E3/E5/E7) and Copilot as measurable business outcomes
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- High-ownership mentality — operates independently in market
Strong Working Knowledge (depth not required — will ramp)
- Microsoft 365 apps across workflows — Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint — and Copilot
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Security & compliance (Purview, Entra)
- Microsoft Azure and AI Foundry
Highly Preferred
- Ex-Microsoft or strong experience working directly with Microsoft field teams
- Experience in AI, analytics, or digital transformation programmes
- Familiarity with co-sell motions, Microsoft funding (ECIF/MCI), and licensing models
- Arabic language skills
- You don’t sell licences — you sell transformation and measurable outcomes
- You understand that AI is not a feature, it is the business model
- You build trust through relationships first, solutions second
- You are comfortable leading strategic conversations, not just product demos
