Responsibilities
- Preparation and implementation of sales plans in alignment with the company's objectives and strategic directions.
- Leading the sales team, distributing goals and tasks, and monitoring performance regularly.
- Searching for new sales opportunities in the sectors of landscaping, agriculture, irrigation, maintenance, and related projects.
- Building and developing strong relationships with existing and potential clients, governmental entities, semi-governmental entities, and the private sector.
- Visiting ongoing projects and official entities to present and evaluate the company's services and work on obtaining new opportunities and contracts.
- Monitoring sales opportunities and proposals presented to clients until the closure or contracting phase.
- Coordinating with the studies and financing management and projects to prepare suitable commercial and technical proposals for client requirements.
- Analyzing the market, competitors, prices, and identifying opportunities that can be targeted to increase sales.
- Setting sales targets and monitoring their achievement, providing regular reports to senior management on results.
- Reviewing commercial proposals and ensuring their compliance with client requirements and company policies before sending them.
- Negotiating with clients within the established frameworks to achieve the company's interests and enhance contracting opportunities.
- Following up with clients after submitting proposals and addressing inquiries or requests in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Developing a database of clients and sales opportunities and updating it continuously.
- Studying the reasons for winning or losing sales opportunities and raising necessary recommendations to improve performance.
- Representing the company in meetings, visits, exhibitions, and related activities as needed.
- Complying with the company's policies and procedures and maintaining a professional image of the company in front of clients and external entities.
Extensive experience in sales, starting from sales specialist/executive, then supervisor or sales team leader, leading to sales manager, with experience in selling contractor services, landscaping, irrigation, maintenance, and managing client relationships.
