We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Electrical Sales Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and provide technical support for electrical products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and industries.
  • Promote and sell electrical products, equipment, and solutions to contractors, consultants, distributors, and end users.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical demonstrations.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical solutions.
  • Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure orders.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and projects to maximize conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—including engineering, procurement, and operations—to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM systems.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
  • Certified SCE Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is a must.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, electrical sales, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of electrical products such as switch gear, transformers, cables, control panels, circuit breakers, LV/MV systems, or industrial electrical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
