We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Electrical Sales Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and provide technical support for electrical products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and industries.
- Promote and sell electrical products, equipment, and solutions to contractors, consultants, distributors, and end users.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure orders.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and projects to maximize conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams—including engineering, procurement, and operations—to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM systems.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Certified SCE Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is a must.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, electrical sales, or a related field.
- Knowledge of electrical products such as switch gear, transformers, cables, control panels, circuit breakers, LV/MV systems, or industrial electrical solutions.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
