Slack Account Executive - KSA

Overview

Position:
Enterprise & Commercial Account Executive – Slack, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on driving annual contract value (ACV) within the Enterprise and Commercial segments through full‑cycle sales, customer success, and continuous improvement.

• Drive ACV within the Enterprise and Commercial segments by creating, navigating, and closing opportunities, and ensuring customers succeed with Slack.
• Provide recommendations based on the discovery of a customer’s business needs.
• Lead multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Slack buying cycle.
• Drive revenue through execution of consistent processes and use of sales tools.
• Balance inbound customer communication and advance opportunities appropriately.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas.

• 7+ years of meaningful full‑cycle sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in SaaS.
• Ambitious and driven to achieve goals.
• Articulate and poised with a clear, concise spoken and written communication style.
• Active interest in opportunities and ability to deepen customer relationships.
• Proven track record of identifying customer needs.
• Flexible, adaptive, and resilient.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
• Degree or equivalent proven experience required.
