Job Overview
Generate profitable sales in a consultative selling model for turnkey solutions in Building Automation (BMS), Lighting Control, Security, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and related third‑party smart systems to provide fully integrated Smart Solutions.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Siemens Building Automation systems, Security, and Fire Alarm Systems. Promote Siemens solutions and services to key stakeholders, including customers, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze specific market conditions and build a sound market‑related network of stakeholders.
- Collect data related to market transparency to prepare business growth plans and strategy.
- Manage accounts and secure relationships with key local & national engineering contracting companies—including general contractors, EPC contractors, and MEP contractors—to identify projects and secure market share on target verticals such as healthcare, data centers, commercial, higher education, telecommunications, and other infrastructure.
- Build relationships with key end‑users in private, government, and semi‑government sectors, as well as major engineering design and consulting firms, to identify and influence projects from the early stage.
- Manage the full sales process from identification to techno‑commercial offer compilation and negotiations on contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant technical standards, financial exposure, positive cash flow, and risk management so that projects close with healthy terms and conditions per Siemens business guidelines.
- Ensure weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business forecasts using tools such as Salesforce and other CRM applications. Maintain a robust project pipeline to back up forecasts and ensure accuracy.
- Leverage strong market and domain knowledge in key verticals—including healthcare, data center, hospitality, education, defense, telecommunications, banking, and other critical applications.
- Collaborate with other business units and departments to leverage cross‑BU selling and the Siemens overall brand.
- Report to the Head of Solution Sales for the Smart Infrastructure Business at Siemens Industries, KSA.
- Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Computer Science‑Engineering bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in sales and solution development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with experience in total building solutions—including BMS, LCS, security, and fire alarm systems. Previous experience with solution sales directly through vendor preferred.
- Understanding of promoting premium solutions with value‑selling against price‑driven markets and competitors.
- Strong know‑how of building management, lighting control (KNX), and security systems products and solutions.
- Proven track record in closing giga‑project deals, highly preferred.
- Strong Saudi market knowledge of contractors, consultants, and end‑users in the Central Region.
- Results‑driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Good understanding of contract terms and conditions as per Saudi law.
- Arabic & English speaker.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Integrative team‑working style with a go‑getter, self‑driven attitude.
- Strong organizational and sales management skills.
