About Role
Enterprise Account Executive – Public Sector, Saudi Arabia. Lead the enterprise sales effort for strategic public sector accounts, driving revenue growth and expanding the Salesforce presence in the local market. Responsible for managing both existing customers and cultivating new opportunities across a defined territory.
About TeamThe role sits in the Enterprise Business Sales unit, the company’s top‑tier accounts team. You will work collaboratively with Cloud Specialists, Solution Experts, and supporting colleagues to set vision, strategy, and stakeholder management for each account.
Preferred Qualifications- Minimum 15 years of successful, referenceable sales experience, preferably in software sales.
- Proven track record in new‑business and existing‑account sales.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market or proven ability to develop local market knowledge.
- Strong business development, territory planning and pipeline generation skills.
- Excellent closing ability with large cloud software opportunities.
- Local driving licence.
- Fluent in Arabic;
English proficiency required. - No restrictions to travel internationally.
- Knowledge and contacts in the public sector.
- Leadership experience managing virtual teams and setting strategy.
- Drive sales in assigned territory for new market penetration.
- Introduce Salesforce offerings to new customers.
- Communicate Salesforce value proposition to close sales.
- Perform additional duties as assigned due to resource constraints.
- Serve as a thought leader on AI solutions within the public sector.
