We are currently searching for a dedicated, ambitious, and self‑driven Solution Sales Specialist to join our Sales Department playing a critical role in building relationships with our significant clients.
The candidate must have experience in selling and presenting IT solutions in at least one of the following domains:
Microsoft Infrastructure Services, Unified Communications, IT Service Management Solutions and Consultation, Customer Experience, Data and Analytics.
- Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long‑term relationships.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
- Lead demand‑generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including business development, support, service, marketing, customer success and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration equivalent.
- ITIL Foundation (preferred).
- Inbound Sales (must).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Enterprise sales or related position.
- Sales experience in IT Service Management, Cloud and Infrastructure, Unified Communications, Cyber Security, Business Applications.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and Account management systems.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem‑solving attitude.
- Customer‑centric and good listener.
- Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high‑paced, fast‑changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
- Articulate verbal communication, professional business writing and presentation skills.
