Food People has partnered with a B2B business within the food chemicals in their search for a Sales Manager. This is a strategic leadership role combining commercial management, business development, supplier relationship management, and team leadership across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales and business development activities across the Central and Eastern regions, driving sustainable revenue growth within the assigned territory
- Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, customers, and key stakeholders to support long term business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across specialty chemical applications and industries
- Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements, commercial objectives, and market trends to deliver suitable solutions
- Collaborate with technical, commercial, and supply chain teams to ensure successful project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support the development and execution of regional sales plans, forecasts, and growth initiatives
- Monitor market activity, competitor developments, and customer trends to identify opportunities and potential risks
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates while ensuring achievement of commercial targets
- Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and supplier engagements within the assigned region
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Approximately 5 years of commercial experience within the specialty chemicals industry
- Experience managing customers across Saudi
- Strong business development and account management experience with a proven ability to grow customer relationships
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and commercial teams to deliver customer focused solutions
- Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory
