Food People has partnered with a B2B business within the food chemicals in their search for a Sales Manager. This is a strategic leadership role combining commercial management, business development, supplier relationship management, and team leadership across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales and business development activities across the Central and Eastern regions, driving sustainable revenue growth within the assigned territory
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, customers, and key stakeholders to support long term business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across specialty chemical applications and industries
  • Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements, commercial objectives, and market trends to deliver suitable solutions
  • Collaborate with technical, commercial, and supply chain teams to ensure successful project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Support the development and execution of regional sales plans, forecasts, and growth initiatives
  • Monitor market activity, competitor developments, and customer trends to identify opportunities and potential risks
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates while ensuring achievement of commercial targets
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and supplier engagements within the assigned region
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Approximately 5 years of commercial experience within the specialty chemicals industry
  • Experience managing customers across Saudi
  • Strong business development and account management experience with a proven ability to grow customer relationships
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and commercial teams to deliver customer focused solutions
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory
