Regional Sales Manager

We are partnering with a leading FMCG organisation to recruit a Regional Sales Manager based in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales leader to drive commercial performance, strengthen key customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team within the Saudi market.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for multiple channels- wholesale, MT and TT.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong commercial results.
• Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and trade partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Ensure effective execution of trade and promotional activities across the region.

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the FMCG sector across multiple channels like wholesale, MT and TT.
• Experience having worked within principle and distributor side is a BIG advantage for this role.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi retail and distribution landscape.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering sales growth and managing key customer relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be currently based in Riyadh.
