Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT sales professional with 15–20 years in the IT industry domain. This candidate should not be focused on banking product sales (cards, loans, branches) and should preferably have a BFSI network in KSA. Experience on complex programs in banking (not generic ERP/CRM) and a consultative salesperson with strong relationships. A hunter mindset (preferably not an Account Manager) is required.

Deep understanding of Islamic Finance and conventional banking instruments. Fluency in English. Transferable Iqama and immediate availability.

Qualifications

Experience: 15–20 years in IT sales in the IT industry; not selling banking products.
Domain exposure: Banking/ BFSI, with network in BFSI in KSA.
Program experience: Worked on complex banking programs; not generic ERP/CRM.
Sales profile: Consultative salesperson with strong relationships; hunter mindset; not an Account Manager.
Financial knowledge: Deep understanding of Islamic Finance and conventional banking instruments.
Language and mobility: Fluency in English; transferable Iqama; available to start immediately.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA or CFA is a plus.
