Our Client is seeking a highly dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in the hotel operations sector in the KSA (preferably with Front Office Management / FOM experience).
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales growth of our tailored hospitality technology solutions. You will leverage your extensive industry network and deep understanding of daily hotel operations and key hospitality systems (such as Property Management Systems (PMS), POS, Booking engine, distribution channels, and integrations with Saudi government platforms).
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Building & Development: Leverage existing network of hotel owners, General Managers (GMs), and Front Office Managers to unlock new B2B sales opportunities for our tech solutions.
- Technical & Operational Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate our systems to clients in a simplified, persuasive manner that focuses on solving operational pain points (e.g., accelerating check-in processes, ensuring Shomoos reporting accuracy, and integrating billing with ZATCA).
- Closing Deals: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor movements and evolving hotel needs to provide strategic feedback and recommendations to our product development team.
- Professional Background: A minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in hotel operations within Saudi Arabia (preferably as a Front Office Manager or in a similar reception leadership role).
- System Knowledge: Excellent understanding of Property Management Systems (PMS) and integrations with local Saudi platforms, including the Shomoos security system, the National Tourism Monitoring Platform (
NTMP
), and ZATCA e‑invoicing, etc. - Languages: Complete professional fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Professional Presentation: A polished corporate and smart‑casual appearance, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills suited for high‑end hospitality environments.
- Mobility: Possession of a valid Saudi driver’s license and a personal vehicle for field visits and client meetings.
