Sales Specialist

AMNCO is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth by promoting its services and solutions.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable services and solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support the closing of deals.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Results-driven with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Experience in B2B services, security services, facility management, or related industries is an advantage.
