Head of Grid Technologies Sales

As the Head of Grid Technologies Sales at Siemens Energy, you will target dynamic, results-oriented professionals with a strong background in engineering or business and a passion for driving sales in the electrical transmission market. You will lead meaningful projects that develop innovative solutions for clients, fostering long-term relationships that align with Siemens Energy’s commitment to a sustainable future. Responsibilities
  • Own the sales strategy and key account plans for Grid Technologies in Saudi Arabia.
  • Convert leads and opportunities into orders while building long-term customer relationships.
  • Manage and lead a team of field sales personnel, setting targets and priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Team to create innovative market solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales operating plans to ensure profitable growth.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service to enhance client relationships.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Business with relevant sales experience.
  • Proven track record in sales performance growth and key account development.
  • Experience with sales planning, CRM utilization, and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of the Electrical Transmission market, particularly at 132 and 400kV.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to network with CxO.
  • Proficiency in software and CRM tools, such as Salesforce and Excel.
