Job Summary

2point0 Concepts is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to accelerate growth by aggressively hunting new business and expanding our presence in the Audio Visual and Digital Signage industry. This role is ideal for a true sales hunter—someone who thrives on closing deals, exceeding targets, and earning high commissions.

The right candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new client accounts, building strong relationships, and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue. You will work closely with clients to deliver tailored AV and digital signage solutions, ensuring their needs are met with cutting‑edge technology.

This commission‑driven role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a sole focus on Saudi Arabia. You will be expected to engage with key decision‑makers, bring in new projects and develop strategic partnerships and proposals to win deals.

Key Responsibilities Business Development
  • Identify and Engage Potential Clients:
    Build a robust pipeline by researching target organizations and connecting with decision‑makers, ensuring consistent outreach to schedule meetings and explore new opportunities.
  • Develop Targeted Outreach and Follow‑Up Strategy:
    Execute tailored outreach campaigns (cold calls, emails, social media) and maintain a follow‑up cadence to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
  • Track and Optimize Client Acquisition KPIs:
    Measure and improve conversion metrics, setting specific targets for new client meetings and revenue growth to drive impactful business outcomes.
Sales Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish sales goals, track progress, and provide regular updates to C‑level executives.
  • Analyze sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of current sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Engage with customers through in‑person and online meetings to fully understand their needs and propose appropriate AV & Digital Signage solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and the performance of sales personnel. All interactions should be taken note of in our CRM, Zoho CRM. This allows us to keep a database of all interactions and nurture leads through our pipeline.
Sales Proposals and Quotes
  • Develop detailed quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct cost analysis, including solution design and pricing, product availability, and timeline assessments.
  • Present proposed solutions to clients through professional sales presentations.
Technical Solution Design
  • Collaborate with project teams to engineer AV and digital signage solutions, ensuring each project meets customer specifications.
  • Evaluate architectural plans, RCP, and MEP plans to design AV systems that align with space and infrastructure requirements.
  • Communicate necessary infrastructure details to project teams and contractors.
Solution Engineering and Documentation
  • Oversee the creation of technical documentation including AV network topology, system diagrams, and complex AV system design requirements.
  • Prepare project‑specific documentation, such as bill of materials, manpower, and logistical requirements.
Reporting and CRM Management
  • Update and track all customer interactions and project details in the CRM system.
  • Generate sales reports and perform analysis using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to support business insights.
Software Proficiency
  • Use Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to create reports and manage data.
  • Utilize Zoho CRM extensively to manage leads, track sales pipelines, and maintain client relationships, ensuring seamless sales operations and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Leverage AutoCAD to support the development and evaluation of AV solution designs.
Skills Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record in Sales and Client Acquisition:
    Demonstrated success in identifying, acquiring, and growing new client accounts, ideally within the Audio Visual, Digital Signage, or related technology sectors.
  • Strong Networking and Communication

    Skills:

    Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers, with a persuasive and confident approach to sales presentations and negotiations.
  • Data‑Driven and Results‑Oriented:
    Skilled in using data to drive decision‑making, with experience in tracking KPIs and a focus on meeting or exceeding targets for client acquisition and revenue growth.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficient in the design and deployment of complex AV solutions, including:
    • AV Networking and Topology
    • System and Block Diagrams
    • Video Conferencing Systems
    • Digital Signage Systems
    • LCD/LED Displays, DSPs, Matrix mixers, and switchers
    • Projector and speaker systems
  • Knowledge of power load calculations, weight distribution, and substructure requirements.
