Sales Manager- Green Fodder

The Sales Manager will oversee the Central Region, where we anticipate substantial growth. Our target for next few months is approximately 26K MT across various products. This role represents a critical first step in establishing a comprehensive organizational structure in these regions, enabling us to achieve our long‑term strategic objectives.

• Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, networking, or visits.
• Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid knowledge of company offerings.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the related systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members and report insights to management.
• Manage and supervise Sales Representatives across the assigned regions
• ensuring performance alignment with targets.
• Develop and execute a clear strategy to build and expand the sales team,
• ensuring full coverage of the central region in line with business growth plans.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any business-related discipline.
