Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, generating and qualifying leads, and building the pipeline that fuels Mnzil's growth.

• Identify and research potential clients through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, Linked In, etc.)
• Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales team members
• Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine outreach strategies
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked
• Stay informed on Mnzil's offerings and the real estate/workforce housing market in Saudi Arabia

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset
• Comfort with cold outreach and handling objections
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Fluent in Arabic, with English proficiency
