Hospitality Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with hotel owners, investors, developers, and hospitality partners.
• Lead negotiations and close hotel management, operation, consultancy, and strategic partnership agreements.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, business cases, and feasibility studies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth handover and execution of new projects.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
• Track business development performance and deliver against agreed revenue and growth targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, hospitality management, hotel operations, hotel investment, or real estate.
• Proven track record in securing hotel management or commercial partnership agreements.
• Strong network of hotel owners, investors, developers, and hospitality decision-makers.
• Solid understanding of hospitality business models, hotel operations, and commercial agreements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Certification in Business Development or Sales Management.
• Hospitality-related certification (e.g., AHLEI or equivalent).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is an advantage.
• Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or similar hospitality certification is a plus.
