Hotel Sales Manager

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel.
• Identify potential clients and establish relationships with them through networking and cold calling.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Create attractive packages and offers to promote the hotel's services.
• Negotiate contracts with clients taking into consideration budget and hotel policies.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, event planning, and operations to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
