Sales Manager will be responsible for managing commercial relationships with private hospitals, expanding the customer base, and leading the sales team to achieve the company's sales targets.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

• Build and manage strong relationships with private hospitals to drive sales growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Supervise and coach the sales team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market opportunities, and account status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.

• Proven network with private hospitals in Riyadh (Must Have).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices sales.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices sales.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing or coaching a sales team is a plus.
• Industry experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
