Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
• Conduct initial outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, Linked In, and other channels
• Schedule meetings and demos with prospective customers
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and pipeline data
• Follow up with prospects and support ongoing sales activities
• Develop a strong understanding of company solutions (e.g., low-code platforms, CRM, digital solutions)
• Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, delivery) to support sales initiatives

• Saudi National (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, MIS, IT, or a related field
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Arabic required, English is a plus)
• High level of confidence and ability to engage with different stakeholders
• Strong motivation, ambition, and desire to build a career in sales
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to handle rejection
• Basic understanding of business concepts and customer engagement
