Cisco is looking for a Collaboration Renewals Specialist to join our Collaboration Renewals Sales team. The team forms part of the Software Recurring Revenue Sales organization and focuses on delivering profitable growth while driving higher value and an efficient experience for Cisco customers.

A Renewals Specialist for the Collaboration portfolio is an exciting role where the ability to collaborate is at its core. As the specialist for your region, you will drive growth in renewals sales and craft a successful customer renewal experience by sharing customer value propositions for Collaboration offers, addressing objections, adoption barriers, competitive risks, and highlighting compelling migration and expansion options.

• Build, develop, and execute a sales pipeline based on upcoming renewals for near‑term quarterly growth while running the future‑term pipeline to work early and ahead of time on key future renewals.
• Communicate the business benefits of Collaboration software with confidence and strong sales competence.
• Educate and excite partners and partner teams on the Collaboration Renewals story, driving engagement and understanding of the market and building business development opportunities.
• Use strong data analysis skills to support quote creation and close renewals opportunities for accounts.
• Lead and build sales opportunities by working closely with Cisco Partners, Collaboration Account Executives, and technical teams to build a renewals strategy for key accounts.
• Track current and potential customer interactions using  and Gong.io, driving progression of opportunities through the sales cycle.

• Fluency in Arabic and English, including written and verbal communication for customer, partner, and internal business interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in sales, renewals, sales support, customer success, or account management.
• Experience working directly with customers and/or channel partners in a sales or renewal‑related role.
• Experience using a CRM or sales tracking tool, such as , to manage customer accounts, pipeline, or sales opportunities.

• Previous experience working with Salesforce and Gong.
• Experience with Cisco Install Base, Cisco software offers, or recurring revenue renewal cycles.
• A self‑starter with high energy, positive demeanor, and customer‑focused mindset.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and financial reports to propose, identify, and upsell renewals.
• Familiarity with recurring revenue renewal cycles.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and propose effective solutions.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up practices.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
