We're seeking a commercially sharp, industry-savvy BD professional to drive growth across the fit-out and contracting sector in the Kingdom. This is a managerial-level position — ideal for someone who has already built a strong network and track record in business development within contracting or fit-out companies.
Key Requirements- Strong background in the contracting / fit-out industry (interiors, construction, or related built-environment sectors)
- Proven experience at a managerial level in business development
- Excellent presentation and communication skills confident representing the company with senior clients and stakeholders
- Saudi nationals strongly encouraged to apply
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fit-out and interiors market in KSA
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors
- Develop and execute BD strategies aligned with company growth targets
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to convert leads into won projects
