We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to drive business growth by selling corporate and government training solutions. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in both B2B and B2G sales, leading sales teams, and achieving revenue targets.

• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Develop new business opportunities across corporate and government sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of sales experience in both B2B and B2G environments.
• Previous experience selling training, learning, professional development, EdTech, or HR solutions.
• Proven experience leading a sales team.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Ability to consistently achieve sales targets.

• Existing network within Saudi government entities and large enterprises.
• Experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Training Solutions, or Education Technology.
