Job Overview
Product Specialist – L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty.
Location:
Riyadh, S01, SA. Full‑time on‑site position offering career growth.
- Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals in Riyadh.
- Drive brand advocacy by visiting targeted doctors and presenting the scientific value of Cera Ve.
- Represent the brand at key medical congresses and events.
- Implement the medical visit plan using digital and physical promotional tools.
- Analyze sector, competitor activity, and prescription data to identify new business opportunities and propose strategic action plans.
- Manage visit planning, reporting, and activity monitoring through the CRM system (Veeva).
- Ensure optimal product availability in nearby clinics and pharmacies.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, biology, or a related scientific field.
- Previous experience in a medical representative role is highly valued.
- Strong scientific and dermatological knowledge to translate information into compelling medical detailing.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial approach to identifying and seizing new business opportunities.
- Customer‑centric mindset focused on understanding and meeting healthcare professional needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and influence external stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
