Sales Executive - Training Solutions

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting and selling training solutions to both corporate and government sectors across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate has proven experience in B2B and B2G sales, strong relationship‑building skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets.

• Generate new business opportunities within corporate and government sectors.
• Promote and sell training and learning solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable training solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in both B2B and B2G sales.
• Previous experience selling Training, Learning & Development, Education, EdTech, or Professional Services is highly preferred.
