The Showroom Salesman

is responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and driving sales in the showroom. They maintain a clean, organized space, manage stock levels, and handle customer transactions.

• Consistently meeting or exceeding set sales goals, ensuring sales targets are achieved through excellent customer service.
• Providing exceptional service to showroom customers by assisting with product selection, answering inquiries, and offering product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Maintaining an organized and visually appealing showroom by ensuring that products are displayed neatly and accessible. Regularly checking stock levels and re‑arranging products as necessary to optimize the showroom layout.
• Ensuring that all display units are correctly priced and labeled in accordance with company standards.
• Actively engaging with customers who have made inquiries or purchases in the past. Following up to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage repeat business.
• Accurately compiling and submitting daily reports on sales, customer interactions, stock updates, and any other relevant showroom activities.
• Collaborating effectively with fellow team members to ensure smooth showroom operations, shared responsibility for meeting sales goals, and maintaining a positive, supportive work environment.
• Using the Point of Sale (POS) system to issue accurate invoices for customers, ensuring timely and error‑free transactions.
• Delivering sales invoices and transaction receipts to the showroom supervisor.
• Upholding a professional appearance by wearing the designated uniform, maintaining personal grooming, and ensuring the showroom is presented neatly and professionally.
