Business Development & Field Sales Specialist
MAZ NEXA is looking for a motivated, target-driven, and highly active Business Development & Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, acquire new clients, and drive revenue growth.
Job SummaryThis is a field-based sales role focused primarily on prospecting, client meetings, networking, presenting MAZ NEXA’s services, and closing new business. The successful candidate will spend most of their working time outside the office meeting potential clients and developing new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and other prospecting activities.
- Arrange and conduct regular face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
- Understand client objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Present and sell MAZ NEXA’s integrated marketing and advertising solutions.
- Promote services including branding, digital marketing, social media management, public relations, media buying, creative design, video production, event management, and website development.
- Work with internal teams to prepare customized proposals, quotations, presentations, and service packages.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Record all leads, meetings, opportunities, and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate the successful handover of newly acquired clients to the account management and delivery teams.
- Identify relevant upselling and cross‑selling opportunities when applicable.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales activity and performance reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of proven sales or business development experience.
- Previous sales experience within an advertising agency, marketing agency, media company, PR agency, events company, or digital services company is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads, conduct client meetings, negotiate, and close deals.
- Good understanding of the Riyadh business market and potential client segments.
- Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
- A valid driving licence and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Willingness to spend most working hours attending external meetings and visiting prospective clients.
- Strong sales, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Confidence in approaching and meeting new clients.
- Strong networking and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Target-driven and highly results-oriented.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management and daily activity planning.
- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Professional command of Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.

This is primarily a field sales position. The employee is expected to spend the majority of their working time outside the office, prospecting, networking, attending meetings, visiting potential clients, and closing new business opportunities.
