We are looking for a Business Development Analyst (BDA) to join our growing commercial team. As a Business Development Analyst, you will support the business development team by researching prospective customers, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing sales data, and helping manage the commercial pipeline. You will work closely with Business Development Managers to improve sales efficiency while gaining exposure to the full sales cycle in a fast-paced fintech startup environment.

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, with a focus on outbound sales and pipeline management
• Research and identify prospective businesses and decision-makers matching erad's target customer profile
• Build and maintain prospect lists and support outbound outreach and follow-up
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team
• Maintain accurate records in Hub Spot CRM and monitor pipeline performance

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in business development, or sales operations
• Strong analytical and research skills; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, CRM experience (Hub Spot) a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
