Business Development Associate

At Mnzil, we're redefining workforce housing and real estate services across Saudi Arabia, and our Business Development team is at the heart of that growth. We're looking for a driven Business Development Associate to help identify new opportunities and build the foundation of long-term client relationships.

As a Business Development Associate, you will support lead generation, client outreach, and pipeline management, working closely with senior BD team members to convert opportunities into partnerships.

• Identify and qualify new leads through research and outreach
• Support scheduling and coordination of client meetings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
• Help prepare proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up materials
• Track pipeline status and report progress to the BD team

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in Arabic, professional English
• Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)

You'll get hands-on experience building Mnzil's client and partner base from the ground up, working closely with a team that values initiative and rewards results in a fast-scaling prop-tech company.
