Regional Sales Manager

Huge Med Medical | Disposable Endoscopy | Full-time

Huge Med Medical is a fast-growing international medical device company specializing in disposable/single-use endoscopy (urology, respiratory/bronchoscopy, ENT, gynecology, GI). We are building our commercial team in Riyadh to accelerate market entry and hospital adoption.

• Develop and grow sales of our endoscopy portfolio; achieve territory targets.
• Build and execute hospital-access plans; drive product listing and procedure volume in target hospitals.
• Manage and expand KOL, key-account and distributor/dealer relationships.
• Lead tenders and in-hospital negotiations; master the end-user procurement process.
• Collect market, competitor and clinical intelligence; feed regional strategy.

• Bachelor's degree or above (medical / biomedical engineering / science preferred).
• 3+ years of endoscopy medical-device sales; urology / critical-care / respiratory / GI experience a plus.
• Track record with leading brands (e.g. Medtronic, Olympus, Karl Storz, Ambu, Pentax, Fujifilm) strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to open end-user hospitals from zero to one, with an existing hospital / KOL / distributor network in Riyadh.
• Working language:
  Arabic & English (bilingual required).

• Base salary + unlimited performance-based commissions, with no income cap.
