At Mnzil, our best team members grow with us — and this role is built for someone ready to take the next step. We're looking for an Experienced Business Development Associate who has built a solid foundation in BD and is ready to take on greater ownership of the pipeline.

As an Experienced Business Development Associate, you will manage a broader set of leads and client relationships, while mentoring newer team members on best practices.

• Manage a larger portfolio of leads and active opportunities
• Independently run client meetings and follow-up conversations
• Refine proposals and pitch materials based on client feedback
• Support onboarding and guidance for junior BD team members
• Provide regular pipeline updates and insights to management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in business development, with a track record of hitting targets
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Fluent in Arabic, professional English
