Business Development Executive

At Mnzil, our growth is powered by the relationships we build. As we scale our workforce housing and real estate platform across Saudi Arabia, we're looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business and turn conversations into partnerships.

As a Business Development Executive, you will own a portion of the sales pipeline end-to-end — from prospecting to closing — while contributing to Mnzil's broader growth targets.

• Generate and qualify new leads through outbound and inbound efforts
• Conduct client calls and meetings to present Mnzil's offering
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals
• Manage and update your pipeline consistently in the CRM
• Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities under deadline pressure
• Fluent in Arabic, professional English
