Business Development Specialist

At Mnzil, sales is how we turn opportunity into growth. As our workforce housing and real estate platform expands across Saudi Arabia, we're looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive a focused sales portfolio and consistently hit revenue targets.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will own a defined set of accounts and opportunities, running the full sales process from qualification to closing.

• Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts to hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
• Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and expanded business
• Track sales performance and pipeline health using CRM data
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into closed deals

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a track record of hitting targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Experience in real estate, prop-tech, or a related industry is a plus
• Fluent in Arabic, professional English
