Senior Business Development Specialist

At Mnzil, our top performers own the biggest deals. We're looking for a Senior Business Development Specialist who can consistently close high-value sales and drive revenue growth for our workforce housing and real estate platform.

As a Senior Business Development Specialist, you will own a portfolio of high-value accounts and lead complex sales negotiations from first contact to signed deal.

• Own and close high-value sales deals with strategic accounts
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales negotiations
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance updates to leadership
• Strategic Account Management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills on high-value deals
• Experience in real estate, prop-tech, or a related industry is a plus
• Fluent in Arabic, professional English
