As we continue our global growth, we’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our commercial team and play a key role in driving new customer acquisition in Saudi Arabia.

This a high activity, fast-paced sales role focussed on high-volume, transactional sales to healthcare providers across various verticals. You’ll need to be comfortable managing the full 360 sales cycle from prospect through to product demonstration, and engaging in frequent outreach to hit ambitious revenue and activity targets.

You’ll be responsible for

• Driving revenue, engagement, and new customer acquisition through high-volume outreach
• Managing the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting through to deal closure, while maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects
• Consistently exceeding daily KPIs and monthly revenue targets, supported by your manager and the wider team
• Conducting time efficient product demonstrations and presentations, tailored to the requirements of each customer
• Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the Health Tech field

• Fluency in Arabic and English
• You have a minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, in healthcare environments
• You’re a confident communicator who thrives on outbound calling and selling in-person and virtually
• Resilience and grit are second nature to you - you bounce back quickly and keep moving, knowing that every no means the next yes is closer!
• You’re energised by fast-paced work and don’t shy away from change or a challenge
