Sales Executive

Niche Marketing Group is a leading field marketing agency with over 23 years of experience delivering high-impact brand experiences across the GCC and Middle East. Headquartered in Dubai, with operations across the region, we partner with some of the world’s leading consumer brands, technology companies, retailers, and agencies.

We are seeking a commercially driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia, reporting directly to the Business Development Director. This role is ideal for someone passionate about client engagement, business growth, and building strategic partnerships across KSA and the wider GCC.

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities aligned with the company’s annual growth strategy.
• Conduct proactive outreach to brands, retailers, distributors, and agency partners across key target sectors.
• Qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate reporting on opportunities and commercial progress.
• Prepare professional proposals, presentations, commercial documentation, and tailored service solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
• Achieve agreed revenue and business development targets through strategic prospecting and relationship management.
• Develop strong relationships with clients by acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their operational and marketing objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within KSA and the wider GCC region.
• Collaborate closely with operations and management teams to develop customized client solutions and briefs.
• Represent Niche Marketing Group at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and client meetings to strengthen market presence and brand visibility.
• Contribute ideas and strategic insights that support long-term business expansion and client retention.

• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing services, retail solutions, or agency environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience generating leads and managing B2B client relationships.
• Confident in preparing proposals and presenting solutions to decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of the KSA market; GCC exposure is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, commercially minded, and target driven.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales reporting tools.
