The role involves identifying potential customers, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the swimming pool construction market
• Visit potential clients and present the company's products and services
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until contracts are awarded
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools
• Prepare regular sales reports for management

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-5 years of sales experience
• Previous experience in swimming pool construction, pool contracting, or a related construction field is mandatory
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and close sales
• Valid driving license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
