• Strategy & Targets:Develop and execute sales strategies, setting monthly/quarterly targets for high-rise residential units.
• Team Leadership:Lead, train, and motivate sales executives to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Client & Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and channel partners.
