Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh As a Filipino Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel Your main goal will be to maximize profitability by developing and implementing effective sales strategies

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients travel agencies and other potential customers
• Identify new business opportunities and target markets to increase sales
• Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure maximum profitability
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management
• Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals
• Attend conferences trade shows and other networking events to promote the hotel

• Fluent in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of hotel revenue management systems
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary The salary for this position is 1400$ per month

Contract This is a contract job with an initial duration of 2 years with the possibility of extension based on performance
