Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries across all channels within 5 minutes.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored product solutions.
- Close sales within 10 minutes using payment links or special offers.
- Follow up until the order is completed.
- Handle after-sales support, including returns and complaints.
- Submit weekly reports on sales closures and customer insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales (preferably in beauty or e-commerce).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluent Arabic speaker (English is a plus).
- Friendly, sales-driven, and customer-focused attitude.
