Business Development Director

Are you a commercially driven leader with strong industry relationships and a passion for entertainment, attractions, and cultural destinations? Pro Fun is seeking a Business Development Director to support the continued growth of our business across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.

In this role, you will collaborate with developers, attraction owners, government entities, and strategic partners while helping expand Pro Fun’s presence within the rapidly growing entertainment and tourism sectors. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting some of the region’s most exciting global events, attractions, cultural destinations, and leisure developments

As a Director at Pro Fun, you will work alongside a diverse and dynamic international team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will support business growth initiatives related to theme parks, water parks, museums, cultural attractions, observation attractions, world expositions, immersive experiences, and other entertainment destinations.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, industry awareness, and the ability to build long-term relationships across both public and private sector organizations.

You will collaborate closely with Pro Fun’s strategy, operational planning, technical services, management services, training, and project delivery teams to develop integrated solutions that align with client objectives and support long-term partnerships.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, attraction owners, government entities, consultants, strategic partners, and investment groups.
• Lead client engagement activities from initial introductions through proposal submission and contract negotiations.
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, RFP responses, fee proposals, and commercial strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align client requirements with Pro Fun’s capabilities and service offerings.
• Maintain business development pipelines, opportunity tracking reports, and sales forecasts.
• Establish and maintain long‑term client relationships that support repeat business opportunities and strategic growth.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the entertainment and attractions industry.
• Participate in conferences, exhibitions, networking functions, and client meetings to strengthen Pro Fun’s market presence and industry relationships.
• Support marketing initiatives, company presentations, and client‑facing communications.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for new service lines, partnerships, and regional growth initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning discussions related to market positioning and business expansion.

• Collaborate with strategy, operational planning, technical services, management services, and project delivery teams to support integrated project solutions.
• Coordinate with project teams during project initiation phases to support smooth client handover and ongoing relationship management.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to senior management regarding pipeline status, revenue opportunities, and market intelligence.
