Partnerships Specialist, Sales

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading retail group in Saudi Arabia for a commercially driven Partnerships Executive to support the growth of a customer engagement and B2B solutions business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with corporate clients, partners and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and support B2B sales growth.
• Prepare commercial proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Manage existing partner relationships and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination.
• Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Finance and Operations to deliver campaigns and commercial initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, maintain CRM records and provide regular reporting and market insights.

Location: Jeddah or Riyadh

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in partnerships, account management, business development or B2B sales.
• Background in retail, loyalty, payments, fintech or a related commercial environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience is an advantage.
